Curtis, NY Student Leads CMSV Women's Basketball to Hoop Victory

RIVERDALE, NY (12/09/2013)(readMedia)-- The College of Mount Saint Vincent's Women's Basketball team defeated Medgar Evers College on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 in the Peter Jay Sharp Athletic and Recreation Center with a final score of 98-54.

Brittany Carroll '17, from Curtis, NY, scored 19 points (including six 3-pointers); Kelly Fraser '15, from Tottenville, NY, had 17 points and nine rebounds; and Christina Barone '17, also from Tottenville, NY, added four points and nine assists as the College of Mount Saint Vincent (3-0) defeated Medgar Evers College.

Also, on Monday, December 2, 2013, Fraser scored 24 points and 17 rebounds, and Barone scored 11 points in a 77-59 win over Lehman College.
