LYNCHBURG, VA (01/11/2013)(readMedia)-- Chris Battaglia (Smithfield, VA/Portsmouth) is a member of the 2012-2013 Randolph College men's basketball team. The WildCats, led by sixth year head coach Clay Nunley, are currently 13-0 overall, 5-0 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, and ranked No. 24 in the D3hoops.com Top 25 poll.

Battaglia, a 6'9 senior forward/center, has started all 13 games this season. He leads the team with 11 blocks, potsting 10 steals, and averages 4.8 rebounds a game. Battaglia is shooting 57.3% overall, 41.7% behind the arch, and 71.4% at the line on his way to a 9.9 points per game average.

The WildCats continue their season Saturday at Virginia Wesleyan College.
