Community Care Physicians to accept $10,000 donation from AT&T on behalf of Schoharie Flood Relief Fund

LATHAM, NY (11/07/2011)(readMedia)-- Media are invited to cover a ceremonial check presentation at a press conference that will be held prior to Community Care Physicians' Craft and Vendor Fair to benefit Schoharie County Flood Relief. At the ceremony, AT&T representative Zach Nasr will present Community Care Physicians with a $10,000 check to be donated to Schoharie County Flood Relief, an initiative coordinated by Schoharie County Community Action Program (SCCAP) to help rebuild flood-ravaged Schoharie County after Hurricane Irene.

WHAT:

AT&T's $10,000 donation marks the largest corporate donation presented to Community Care as part of its Craft and Vendor Fair fundraiser that will be held on November 10th from 3pm to 7pm, money collected by Community Care Physicians for table fees, raffles and refreshments will all be donated to the Schoharie County Flood Relief program. The Craft and Vendor Fair at Community Care Physicians is open to the public with free admittance.
