Congressman Paul Tonko, National Grid to Speak About Heating Assistance

ALBANY, NY (10/17/2010)(readMedia)-- There will be a Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) awareness event sponsored by the Albany Community Action Partnership (ACAP) on Monday, October 18.

At 2 p.m., U.S. Congressman Paul Tonko, N.Y. Assemblyman McEneny, Albany County Executive Mike Breslin and National Grid Regional Director William Flaherty will speak about the importance of LIHEAP funding. National Grid will announce a contribution to the American Red Cross for heating funding assistance.
