Couch White, LLP Hires Three New Associates

ALBANY, NY (10/19/2009)(readMedia)-- The law firm of Couch White, LLP is pleased to announce that Adam Conway, Jennifer Harvey and Matthew LaLone recently joined the firm as new associates in the energy, litigation, and commercial transactions and litigation practice groups. They are presently awaiting admission to the Bar.

Mr. Conway is a member of the firm's energy practice group, and will represent clients with matters before federal and state regulatory agencies and the New York Independent System Operator. Ms. Harvey is a member of the firm's litigation practice group, and she will assist in a wide range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on work related to the firm's construction practice. Couch White's nationally-recognized construction practice group represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, government agencies, lenders, sureties, engineers, and public and private developers in a broad array of construction law matters. Ms. Harvey is a graduate of Clarkson University and Albany Law School of Union University.

Mr. LaLone is a member of the firm's commercial transactions and commercial litigation practice area group. Couch White's commercial law practice works with businesses, not-for-profits, municipalities and individuals on compliance issues, transactions, financing, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, litigation, succession and estate planning, labor issues, and real estate. Mr. LaLone is a graduate of Boston College and the University of Connecticut School of Law.
