Couch White Partner Jeremy Smith to Participate in Business Succession Panel Discussion

ALBANY, NY (12/28/2009)(readMedia)-- Jeremy Smith, a partner with the law firm of Couch White, LLP, will participate in a panel discussion on successful business succession planning sponsored by the Society of Financial Service Professionals Eastern New York Chapter (SFSP).

The panel discussion will take place on Wednesday, January 13th from 11:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Italian American Community Center, 257 Washington Avenue Extension, Albany, NY. The cost of the luncheon and panel discussion is $20 for SFSP members and $35 for non-members. The RSVP deadline is January 8.

Panelists will offer advice on the steps business owners should consider when building a team of advisors who can help plan and implement a business transition and succession plan. As a member of Couch White's trusts and estates practice group, Mr. Smith provides representation to individuals, business owners, and business managers in planning and implementing all aspects of estate plans, business succession plans, and estate administration.
