Erie Native Justin Wheeler Gives Penn State Behrend Commencement Address
ERIE, PA (05/21/2013)(readMedia)-- Justin A. Wheeler, of Erie, was chosen to deliver the farewell address at the spring 2013 commencement ceremony for Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. He earned degrees in marketing and management information systems.
More than 670 degrees were conferred during the ceremony, which was held May 3 at Erie Insurance Arena.
