Fidelis Care Representatives On-site at the Schoharie County Sunshine Fair

COBLESKILL, NY (07/26/2011)(readMedia)-- Fidelis Care is pleased to announce that it will participate in the Schoharie County Sunshine Fair that will run from July 29 through August 6 at the Schoharie County Fairgrounds located at 113 Sunshine Drive in Cobleskill, NY.

Fidelis Care representatives will be on hand from 10:30am until 10:30pm to answer questions about health insurance programs, screen uninsured individuals for eligibility, and schedule appointments to assist individuals in applying for Fidelis Care programs.

Fidelis Care offers free or low-cost health insurance through New York State's Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, and Medicaid Managed Care programs. Members are covered for regular checkups, preventive care, hospital and emergency care, eye exams, dental care, and more.
