Herner Named to Mechanical Engineering Academy

HOUGHTON, MI (06/07/2013)(readMedia)-- Ray Herner, retired president of Mosier Industries, has been named to the Mechanical Engineering-Engineering Mechanics Academy at Michigan Technological University. Herner resides in Alpena.

The Academy honors outstanding graduates of the Michigan Tech Department of Mechanical Engineering-Engineering Mechanics. Selection into the Academy recognizes excellence and leadership in engineering and civic affairs. This induction honors some of the most successful of the more than twelve thousand mechanical and engineering mechanics alumni of Michigan Tech. Academy members serve as inspirational role models for future mechanical engineering and engineering mechanics students.
