PHILADELPHIA, PA (09/13/2011)(readMedia)-- John P. Feeley, a Plymouth Meeting resident and Thomas Jefferson University's School of Health Professions, Department of Physical Therapy alumnus, was recognized for his exemplary service to the School of Health Professions at Jefferson's Annual Awards Ceremony in June.

Feeley, MS '97, PT, Physical Therapy Team Leader, Spinal Cord Injury System of Care, Moss Rehab, Elkins Park, PA, accepted the Alumni Emerging Leader Award as a recent alumnus, who early in his career, has made significant contributions in research, leadership in professional organizations, community service or other professional accomplishments. "John's incessant loyalty to patients, unique talents as a clinician, professional display of excellence, innovation, commitment and passion make him a role model in physical therapy practice," remarked presenter Janice P. Burke, PhD, OTR/L, FAOTA, Dean of JSHP.
