KWU Women's Soccer Places Nine on All-KCAC Teams

Kansas Wesleyan University women's soccer placed nine players on the 2016 All-KCAC (Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference) teams. Cynthia Chavez was a unanimous First Team All-KCAC selection and earned KCAC Co-MVP honors. Jen Rogers also earned First Team honors and was selected as the KCAC Newcomer of the Year. The First Team also included Valerie Ochoa, Antonia Burrell, and Jane Potter. Renee DeAnda was selected to the second team. Sarah Granato, Alyssa Skobis and Kate Salmonsen were Honorable Mention All-KCAC selections.

The Coyotes finished with a reccord of 16-3-3 (10-1 KCAC). They earned a trip to the NAIA National Championships and finished the season ranked #18 in the NAIA. Read more
