Kathleen Maloney of Springfield receives mathematical science award at Elms College

CHICOPEE, MA (05/18/2010)(readMedia)-- Kathleen Maloney of Springfield, Massachusetts, received the Lyne-Murphy Mathematical Science Award at Elms College's annual Honors Convocation. The award has been established in honor of the late Mary Anne (Lyne) Murphy and Henry T. Murphy by their ten children in the Murphy, Hayes, and Alexander families. This award is presented to a graduating senior who excels in mathematics and/or computer information technology at Elms.

Maloney was awarded a bechelor of arts degree in computer information technology at Elms Sunday, May 16.
