ITHACA, NY (04/25/2011)(readMedia)-- The Cornell Engineering Alumni Association (CEAA) held its annual awards banquet April 14 at Cornell University.
Orlando, Fla. resident Kevin Fuhr won a 2011 Undergraduate Research Award for his fluid dynamics work in the lab of Charles Williamson, the Willis H. Carrier Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. The $1,000 award recognizes the best individual research projects.
Fuhr attended Cypress Creek High School. He is the son of Ken Fuhr and Kathy Reiber. The junior is majoring in mechanical engineering.
The mission of the CEAA is to promote the welfare of the College of Engineering at Cornell University and its alumni and to establish a closer relationship between the college, its students and the alumni.
