CHICOPEE, MA (05/20/2010)(readMedia)-- Lauren Sparks of West Brookfield gave the valedictory address at Elms College's 79th commencement exercises Sunday, May 16. Sparks, who was awarded a bachelor of arts degree in English, was named valedictorian by virtue of earning a perfect 4.0 cumulative grade point average during her Elms career.
Sparks will be attending Yale Divinity School in September to begin a master's degree program in world Christianity and missions.
