Local student presents undergraduate research at Beloit College

BELOIT, WI (04/09/2013)(readMedia)-- Julia Lacher, a senior from Des Moines, Iowa, will present research at the 37th Annual Beloit College Symposium Day on Thursday, April 11. The anthropology/history double major will present on Medieval Modernism in the Sky: The Chicago Tribune Tower Competition and the Struggle to Define American Modernity in the 1920s" and on "The Materiality of Religion: The Arapaho Ghost Dance Dress at the Logan Museum of Anthropology."

Symposium Day at Beloit College is an academic forum at which students publicly present their research to the college community.
