Maj. Douglas Doughty retires from the Maine Army National Guard after a 22 year career.

AUGUSTA, ME (04/14/2010)(readMedia)-- Maine Army National Guard Soldier Maj. Douglas Doughty was celebrated during a ceremony on April 11, 2010 as he retires after 22 years of military service.

Doughty's last assignment was as the S-4, Logistics Officer, for the 120th RSG in Augusta, Maine.

For exemplary service throughout his career Maj. Doughty received the Meritorious Service Medal.

Maj. Douglas Doughty and his wife Martha live in Portland, Maine.
