Capaldi will be helping to support nearly 1,300 school districts nationwide that use Transfinder software. Transfinder has seen consistent growth each year with 174 new clients added in 2009, and 87 new clients just added in the first quarter of this year.
Capaldi is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and enhancing client relationships by providing product upgrades that meet their changing needs and result in a significant return on investment. Prior to joining Transfinder she worked as the National Sales Coordinator at IPT by BidNet in Albany for two years. At IPT by BidNet, Capaldi was responsible for all aspects of sales and revenue generation.
Capaldi is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Communication with a double minor in Education and Theatre. In addition to her role at Transfinder, Capaldi also holds a New York State Real Estate license and is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
