Mark Bradley of Ripon named to Ripon College Athletics Hall of Fame

1996 graduate was a multi-sport standout

RIPON, WI (07/14/2010)(readMedia)-- Mark D. Bradley '96 of Ripon, Wis., was named to the Ripon College Athletic Hall of Fame during the Alumni Association's annual dinner on June 25.

Bradley participated in football, baseball, and wrestling during his time at Ripon College. In football, hehad an overall record of 22-15, with 88 tackles, 3 interceptions, and a 31.9-yard punting average. In baseball, Mark was a pitcher and outfielder. He was named to the All-Midwest Conference 2nd team in 1995. In wrestling, Mark was the only member of the Ripon College team, held an overall record of 42-8, was named to the 1st team All-Conference in the 1993-94 season, and qualified for the NCAA Division III National Wrestling Tournament in the 1993-94 season.

He and his wife, Jane, have three children: Tyler, Ashley and Alyssa.

The Ripon College Athletic Hall of Fame was established in 1979 by the Alumni Association Board of Directors to recognize alumni and coaches who have distinguished themselves through their participation in Ripon College athletic programs. The selection is determined by the Alumni Association Board of Directors upon recommendations from the Hall of Fame selection committee. This committee includes current and past members of the coaching staff, the Alumni Director and at least one alumnus. Athletic Hall of Fame membership is based on outstanding accomplishments while participating in an athletic program at Ripon College. Nominations may be made by members of the faculty, administration, individual alumni, and groups or alumni clubs through the Office of Annual Fund, Alumni Relations & Parent Programs for presentation to the Alumni Association Board of Directors.
