Mr. Pinckney's practice includes patent preparation and prosecution.
Mr. Pinckney joined Hoffman Warnick, LLC after graduating from law school and sitting for the New York State Bar Examination. During law school, Mr. Pinckney was a summer law clerk for the Hon. Lawrence E. Kahn, U.S. District Judge of the N.D.N.Y. He spent his second summer working as a law clerk at Hoffman Warnick, LLC, where he prepared patent applications and prosecuted pending cases. During his third year, Mr. Pinckney worked as a full-semester intern in the Intellectual Property Department of the Bose Corporation, in Framingham, MA. He was admitted before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2008.
Mr. Pinckney's background includes a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C., and a J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, NH.
