NOTES: The month of May is national Motorcycle Awareness month. As the nice weather is upon us, more motorcycles will be sharing the roads. The press conference will focus on motorcycle awareness, education and enforcement. As the number of motorcyclists continues to reach all time high levels, the number of injuries and fatalities continues to increase.
The north campus of the college is where the Basic Rider Course for beginner motorcyclists is conducted. The MANYS display vehicle (a large truck) will be used as a backdrop along with multiple motorcycles. There will also be multiple law enforcement vehicles on display.
