NOTES: STOP-DWI stands for "Special Traffic Options Program for Driving While Intoxicated."
A STOP-DWI enforcement effort to crack down on impaired driving will take place from August 15 through September 1.
This will coincide with a nationwide effort called "Drunk Driving. Over the Limit. Under Arrest." Law enforcement agencies throughout the state will be out in force to reduce the incidence of impaired driving to ensure our roadways are safe.
There will be multiple law enforcement personnel and vehicles at the press conference.
