Molly Leach of Glens Falls Wins Washington College's Psychology Department Outsandting Achievement Award

CHESTERTOWN, MD (06/10/2013)(readMedia)-- Washington College is pleased to announce that Molly Leach of Glens Falls, NY, has been named the recipient of the 2012-13 Psychology Department Outstanding Achievement Award, which recognizes senior psychology majors with "exceptionally high levels of performance in the field of psychology."

Leach earned a bachelor of arts degree in Hispanic studies and psychology at Washington College's 230th commencement this May. She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha, the Omicron Delta Kappa leadership honor society, and the Spanish Club and was a tutor at the Writing Center. She will be teaching abroad next year.

Founded in 1782 under the patronage of George Washington, Washington College is a private, independent college of liberal arts and sciences located in colonial Chestertown on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
