Mo Bonder has a wealth of experience in representing small and mid-size businesses along with publicly traded corporations in intellectual property and energy matters. Mr. Bonder's experience includes analyzing corporation's intellectual property portfolios, devising intellectual property strategies and procuring intellectual property rights. Additionally, Mr. Bonder has represented large-volume energy consumers in administrative and regulatory proceedings before New York State and federal governmental agencies and has led on behalf of the City of New York its investigations of the 2006 Long Island City power outages and the 2007 steam explosion that occurred near Grand Central Terminal.

Mr. Bonder is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
