ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE

Founded 30 years ago following the breakup of the Eagles, Hotel California: A Salute to the Eagles is the only show that is officially authorized to perform the music of the Eagles.

Comprised of five musicians with extraordinary vocal and musical talents, Hotel California faithfully and accurately reproduces the sound of the Grammy Award-winning super group's studio recordings, in a performance that transcends the boundaries of rock, R&B, and country, and brings back the memories and sounds that defined a generation.

More than a tribute show, Hotel California delivers a live concert (without wigs or mimicry) that incorporates the performers' vocal harmonies and authentic instrumentation-including specialty instruments-on timeless mega-hits like "Take It Easy," "Heartache Tonight," "One of These Nights," and, of course, "Hotel California," as well as solo works by Don Henley, Glen Frey, and Joe Walsh.

The show has toured throughout the Unites States and Canada.

ABOUT THE MUSICIANS

The five musicians that make up Hotel California have shared billing with dozens of artists, including Trace Adkins, Chicago, Vince Gill, Blake Shelton, Kenny Rogers, Tower of Power, Charlie Daniels, Sugar Ray, Lyle Lovitt, Three Dog Night, The Doobie Brothers, Peter Frampton, Joan Jett, Boston, LeAnn Rimes, Greg Allman, Dwight Yoakam, and more.

DICKY LEE (vocals; mandolin; pedal steel; harmonicas; lead, rhythm, slide, acoustic, electric guitars) has shared the stage with groups such as Boston and Van Halen. Among his many credits are several major motion pictures. A true veteran in the industry, Dicky Lee has toured extensively and recorded in some of the finest studios in the world.

PHIL (drums, percussion) has done everything from clubs to major label recording to touring. He has been signed to five major labels, signing his first recording contract at age 17; recorded two CDs with the legendary band Mastedon; and worked on movie soundtracks including the 80's classic, St Elmo's Fire. Phil has studied with some of the top drum teachers in the industry and held long-term endorsement deals with drum and stick manuracturers.

SCOTT (vocals, bass, special effects) has shared stage time with such notables as WAR, The Commodores, Atlanta Rhythm Section, Wayne Cochran, and The Diamonds. His early career highlights include RCA recording artist Gypsy, and producing the Breakheart Pass Band. Scott studied music at Moorhead State University, and is a software engineer and a degreed tax accountant. In the late 1990s he combined his knowledge of the music business, computer programming, and accounting, into a software product that has gained worldwide success. He resides in Nevada and is the first called for many of the groups performing on the world famous Las Vegas strip.

STEVE (vocals; banjo; lead, rhythm, acoustic, double-neck, 12-string guitars) credits the inventor of the accordion for his eventual inspiration and desperate need to take up guitar at age 10. His six-string career started with his first public playing and singing performance in sixth grade, pounding out "If I Had a Hammer" for his excited fellow classmates. Born and raised in Downey, California, Steve has performed at numerous coffee houses, concerts, and recording sessions. He has opened for the Little River Band, Dave Mason, Randy Meisner (Eagles), Kenny Rankin, Richie Furay, and 38 Special. He also is an accomplished songwriter.

WADE (vocals, keyboards, acoustic guitars, percussion) has been fascinated with music and singing since childhood. He began performing in school and church choirs, and at the age of 23 his musical career took off as the lead vocalist for the original band Croox. Throughout the '80s and '90s, Wade performed up and down the Pacific Coast opening for such legends as Huey Lewis and the News and WAR. He also performed for many San Francisco Bay-area radio stations.
