New York State Division of Veterans' Affairs Establishes a Presence at the Hamburg Town Hall

ALBANY, NY (09/30/2009)(readMedia)-- The New York State Division of Veterans' Affairs has established a Veterans Benefits Counseling office at the Hamburg Town Hall. The office will be staffed on the third Friday of each month beginning Friday, October 16th 2009, with a State Veterans Counselor will be assigned to provide benefits counseling and advocacy for veterans and their families

This partnership demonstrates a shared commitment to helping veterans and their families by offering local access to the professional counseling services available through our agency," said James D. McDonough, Jr., Director of the New York State Division of Veterans' Affairs.

The new benefits counseling office will be located in Conference Room 3, at the Hamburg Town Hall; will allow accredited State Veterans Counselor Tracy Kinn to assist veterans and their families access federal and state veteran's benefits, programs and services available to them

The Division's Benefit Counseling office is located at the Hamburg Town Hall, 6100 South Park Ave., Hamburg, NY 14075, and is staffed by Division staff, on the 3rd Friday of each month.
