Northeast Dairy Foods Association Endorses Antonacci for State Comptroller

NO. SYRACUSE, NY (09/29/2014)(readMedia)-- Bruce W. Krupke, Executive Vice President of Northeast Dairy Foods Association, Inc. located in Syracuse, NY announced the group's first ever public endorsement of a candidate for office in New York State. At a recent board of director's meeting, the association's leaders voted unanimously to break from the long tradition of no public endorsements. The association has supported campaign contributions of individuals seeking office, but has never fully endorsed a candidate for statewide office.

Don Merrigan, President of the association's board of directors said, "Our association has known Bob Antoncaci for over 20 years, he has assisted our group as a professional CPA and served as legal counsel." Merrigan continued, " the reason we are supporting Bob is simple, we can personally attest to his superior qualifications, abilities and experience which would more than certify him as the choice for the job of New York State Comptroller. "Mr. Antonacci is an accomplished certified public account, attorney, community leader and tireless advocate for hardworking taxpayers."

Mr. Antonacci has dedicated much of his professional life to the residents of Onondaga County, where he currently serves as its elected Comptroller. Mr. Antonacci is known by political leaders and the business community for having the courage to stand up and fight for the interests of the taxpayer. He has performed countless audits to ensure the people's money is being spent properly and honestly.

Bob is an independent voice with a proven record of helping to create government efficiency. Additionally, Comptroller Antonacci is a lifelong resident of Central New York and is the son of a United Auto Workers Electrician, Robert, and a Central New York small business owner Joanne. He is a graduate of Le Moyne College, where he received honors while studying accounting. After receiving his bachelor's degree, he began working for the prestigious accounting firm Ernst & Young, and went on to become a licensed certified public accountant. He later attended Syracuse University School of Law and graduated cum laude. Soon after, he was admitted to the New York State Bar and began his own private practice representing business and legal clients. Bob is married to his wife Michele. Together, they have two children - a son, Robert III, and a daughter, Jacqueline. His family shares and encourages Bob's commitment to public service.
