Pythia Public Congratulates Mayor-Elect Zohran Mamdani and EVP Becky Stern for Going Viral on Twitter

NEW YORK, NY (11/05/2025) (readMedia)-- Last night as Zohran Mamdani cruised to victory, Pythia Public's Executive Vice President Becky Stern went viral on Twitter! See the incredible viral tweet here.

The tweet says: "crazy the next mayor of New York City is likely a SEN10R." At the time of this release, it has 2.3k retweets and 43k likes. Bald Ann Dowd retweeted it, and Pauline Chalamet (the less famous Chalamet, but a famous Chalamet nonetheless) posted a screenshot on her Instagram story. Some trolls have argued in the comments that Mamdani graduated in 2009 and was not a SEN10R, but Stern was correct. Both Politico and the New York Times have reported that Mamdani graduated high school in 2010.

"Did I heal the world? This was a really good night for both me and Mamdani," said Stern.

"As a Gen X and an Elder Millennial, we have no idea what this means. But we are very proud of Becky nonetheless," said Pythia Public co-founders Alexis Grenell and Evan Thies.

I'm so proud to know and work with Becky - I always knew she was capable of a viral tweet, and the fact that it happened alongside a new day for New York City makes it even sweeter. Anyone who works in NYC politics knows Stern as Pythia's most Bravo-savvy and fastest talking employee. Not only does she talk extremely fast, but she walks fast too and you can hear her click-clacking heels coming from a mile away. She can't drive and she's reallllly short (under five feet tall). She's been on twitter since 2009 and this is the first time she's gone viral about something other than The Bachelor.
