DES MOINES, IA (02/23/2010)(readMedia)-- The Iowa State Education Association, Des Moines Education Association, Everybody Wins, Merle Hay Mall, and Smilemakers are pleased to sponsor the "Building a Nation of Readers" celebration with free prizes, a free book give-away, fun games and activities, a Dr. Seuss costume contest and more.
