As students study, socialize or stroll through the Stevens Student Center, they can hear encouragement from Cedarville University's Resound Radio play through the speakers. Whether it's uplifting music or encouraging conversation, Resound makes an impact through radio.
But the campus community is not alone in hearing the inspiring programming from this student-led radio ministry. The Christian Music Broadcasters Association (CMB) is aware of Resound Radio, which is evident by the Cedarville station being nominated for the new University Student Station of the Year Award by CMB. Resound is one of five university nominees for the station award, judged based upon outstanding achievement in community service, kingdom impact, on-air presentation and digital media communication. Stations must play Christian music for the majority of the broadcast day and have at least one person on staff who is a CMB member.
