Roberts Wesleyan College Wind Ensemble Tour Dates Announced
Performances are scheduled for Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, and New York from Feb. 17-21
ROCHESTER, NY (02/10/2012)(readMedia)-- ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Roberts Wesleyan College Wind Ensemble is pleased to announce its upcoming winter tour. The group will travel to communities in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan and New York giving four performances from February 17-21.
The Roberts Wesleyan College Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Paul Shewan, consists of approximately 60 talented wind, brass and percussion players, most of whom are instrumental music majors at the College. They perform some of the most challenging sacred and secular music in the wind band repertoire.
Ensemble performances are free of charge and open to the public. Appearances will take place at the following times and places:
o Friday, Feb. 17 - 1:45 p.m. Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy, 4687 Wyoga Lake Rd, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44224.
