Rockford Soldier takes command of Urbana unit
URBANA, IL (10/16/2018) (readMedia)-- Capt. Alan Pollard of Rockford, Illinois, assumed command of Headquarters and Headquarters Company of the 33rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team during a ceremony at the Urbana Readiness Center in Urbana, Illinois Oct. 14.
Pollard is a 19A, armor officer and was previously assigned to Headquarters, Headquarters Troop of the 106th Calvary Regiment based in Kewanee, Illinois.
