SUNY Canton 'Financial Planning for College' Seminar Dec. 6

CANTON, NY (11/29/2016)(readMedia)-- The SUNY Canton Financial Literacy Center will be presenting a college planning seminar at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, in SUNY Canton's Richard W. Miller Campus Center Room 212.

Kerrie L. Cooper, the college's director of financial aid will join Jon Eng, retail banking specialist from North Country Savings Bank to explain government assistance, private funding sources and savings options. Cooper said the seminar will be especially helpful for families who are planning for their young children's college education.
