The first is Culinary Arts Management, which teaches students the financial and management duties of an executive chef. The second is Restaurant and Food Service Management, which trains future frontline restaurant managers. SUNY Delhi was one of the first colleges in New York State to introduce Hospitality Management at the associate's degree level and has become a recognized leader in hospitality education.
