SUNY Geneseo Senior Adam Reinemann from Rexford, N.Y., Honored for Undergraduate Research Paper

GENESEO, NY (05/02/2012)(readMedia)-- SUNY Geneseo senior history major Adam Reinemann from Rexford, N.Y. (12148), received an honorable mention for a paper he presented at the recent Phi Alpha Theta undergraduate research conference in Buffalo, N.Y.

Reinemann's paper was titled "The Righteous Against the Plantocracy: Baptist Missionaries in Jamaica and Beyond, 1831-32."

Reinemann's mentor for the paper was Justin Behrend, assistant professor of history at SUNY Geneseo.

Phi Alpha Theta is an American honor society for undergraduate and graduate students and professors of history. The society is a charter member of the Association of College Honor Societies and has more than 350,000 members and 860 local chapters.
