Student Athlete Advisory Committee 2020-2021 Executive Board Announced

The results for the 2020-2021 Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) election have been announced. Congratulations to the following student leaders, who will represent all Oglethorpe University student-athletes during the next academic year!

President: Tyler Rover '21, Golf

Vice-President: Alexis Hutson-Hamric '22, Soccer

Secretary: Hayden Neal '21, Women's Basketball

Co-Historians: Sarah Hsu '23, Golf and Hailee Bugg '21, Volleyball

The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is comprised of at least two student-athletes from each athletic team that will represent and voice the opinions of all Oglethorpe student-athletes. The SAAC also offers input on the rules, regulations, and policies that affect the lives of student-athletes on the Oglethorpe campus.

The mission of SAAC is to enhance the total student-athlete experience by promoting leadership opportunities, protecting student-athlete welfare, and fostering a positive student-athlete image.
