Transfinder Expands Implementation and Training Team

Transfinder today announced that the company has expanded its Implementation and Training Team with the addition of two new employees. Lucy Mena-Quinn has joined the company as applications specialist and Stacy Lampman as customer project manager.

Lucy Mena-Quinn is responsible for educating and training Transfinder clients to utilize the company's software solutions to better manage their school district's pupil transportation operations and communications. Previously, she worked as a freelance technical instructor and software specialist. Her clients included Maria College and the Local Union #83 Sheet Metal Workers International where she instructed individuals on Microsoft's suite of products. She originally came to the Capital Region from New York City to attend the State University of New York at Albany where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and Spanish Linguistics in 1997. Lucy then attended Mildred Elley College for Careers becoming a Certified Software Specialist in 1998.

Stacy Lampman will be working closely with clients to achieve their software objectives by managing their timeline and ensuring they are moving at a productive pace as well as using available resources in their most efficient and productive capacity. She joined Transfinder after a successful management career with Lawlor Consultants and Capital Computer Associates when the two companies merged in 2006.

For both companies, Stacy managed the payroll and human resources software support for New York State school districts as well as implemented and trained the districts on the software. A life long resident of the Capital Region, she graduated in 1989 from the State University of New York at Albany with a degree in Business Administration.
