ALBANY, NY (06/15/2010)(readMedia)-- Don Denofio, president/CEO of Saratoga's Community Federal Credit Union; and John Tucker, president/CFO of FASNY Federal Credit Union were elected to serve on the board of directors of Universal Sharing Network (UsNet) during the organization's annual meeting held recently in Cooperstown, N.Y.

Since 1993, UsNet has provided credit unions with a gateway to CO-OP Shared Branching's national network, which offers participating credit unions and their members access to more than 4,000 CU Service Centers both nationally and internationally.

"We are more than pleased with the caliber of our board members," said Marc Inger, UsNet's chief operating officer. "The coming year presents both challenges and opportunities for shared branching, and I look forward to working with this distinguished group of leaders."

Saratoga's Community Federal Credit Union was chartered in 1945. As of 12/31/09, it has over $33 million in assets and serves more than 5,000 members.

Chartered in 2003, FASNY Federal Credit Union serves more than 1,700 members and, as of 12/31/09, has over $13 million in assets.
