William Woods University Equestrian Maria Nozzi Participates in Queenie Productions Schooling Show

FULTON, MO (04/13/2011)(readMedia)-- William Woods University rider Maria Nozzi of Snellville, Ga., participated in the Queenie Productions Schooling Show April 9 and 10 at the National Equestrian Center Results in Lake St. Louis.

Maria Nozzi of Snellville, Ga., and Rowenda Irish Mist placed fourth and fifth in Novice Introductory Jumper classes of 14 entries.

Sarah Keylon of Bedford, Texas, and Fergus O'Sullivan earned fourth, sixth and eighth in Non-Pro Hunter classes of nine entries.

Miranda Weber of Niagara, Wis., and Flint took third place in Level 4 Jumper - Fences 3'9" in height.

Melissa Smith of Fort Myers, Fla., and adopted race horse/Mentor-Mentee project Forest Warfare won third and fifth of nine entries in the Low Hunter classes and second, fifth and sixth in the Baby Green Hunter classes of eight horses.

"A very successful horse show debut for the baby race horse," Linda McClaren, professor of equestrian studies, said.
