Woodbury High School Student Artwork on Display at Concordia University, St. Paul

ST. PAUL, MN (05/08/2012)(readMedia)-- Woodbury High School is one of four local high schools selected to have student artwork featured in the Ninth Annual High School Honors Exhibition May 10-23 at Concordia University, St. Paul.

Members of Concordia's art faculty select which schools participate in the show on a rotating basis. Each school is asked to submit eight to ten pieces from their top juniors for inclusion to the exhibition. The other schools chosen for the exhibition were Concordia Academy, Minneapolis South High School and Northfield High School.

Faculty will present awards to the top works at the exhibition's opening reception Thursday, May 10 from 5-7 p.m., at the Concordia Gallery.

The gallery is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is open to the public. The Concordia Gallery is located in Concordia Art Center at 1301 Marshall Avenue.
