More than 600 high school students Attend Conference with the theme Love Not Hate

ROCHESTER, NY (03/06/2018) WHAT: Nazareth College works hard in its mission to provide an inclusive environment for all students. The Hickey Center for Interfaith Studies and Dialogue at Nazareth is presenting the 8th annual Global Citizenship Conference: The Next Generation Living in a Pluralistic World to provide an opportunity to spread this message to high school students who find themselves in a time where violence and hate are often present on their campuses. This year's conference, themed Love Not Hate, will host more than 600 students from 23 Rochester-area high schools. Session topics will include Encountering World Religions: Love Not Hate and the skill building session will focus on global citizenship.

WHEN: March 13 from 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
