Business Groups Say New York Cannot Balance Its Budget with More Taxes

ALBANY, NY (09/08/2009)(readMedia)-- The Business Council of New York State, Unshackle Upstate, the National Federation of Independent Business and other businesses and business groups will hold a news conference to urge that any deficit reduction plan adopted by the legislature focus on spending cuts.
