Summary: Concordia University invites you to join neighboring high school and university faculty in a discussion about "Teaching American Students about Palestine" on Wednesday, March 3, at 4 p.m., in the Library Technology Center, room 215, led by Rev. Dr. Mitri Rahab, pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Christmas Church in Bethlehem. An internationally-acclaimed author and speaker, Raheb is also the President of DIYAR, a consortium of three Lutheran institutions he founded: The International Center of Bethlehem, Dar al-Kalima Health and Wellness Center, and Dar al-Kalima College. Dr. Raheb will speak from personal experience about political and religious challenges facing the region.
