CCNY, League of Women Voters, NAACP Host Mid-Day Election Press Briefing

NEW YORK, NY (11/02/2026) (readMedia)-- Tomorrow is Election Day in New York State. Common Cause/NY, the League of Women Voters New York, and the New York State NAACP have been fielding complaints from the 866-OUR-VOTE voter protection hotline and our nonpartisan poll monitors will be assisting voters both on the ground and online.

At NOON tomorrow, Susan Lerner, Executive Director of Common Cause/NY, Erica Smitka, Executive Director of the League of Women Voters, and Chris Alexander, Executive Director of NYS NAACP, will go over what they're seeing, when we can expect complete results, and answer questions from reporters about Election Day.
