Prior to joining Hoffman Warnick, Mr. Wait served as patent counsel for Xerox Corporation and Patent Engineer for IBM. His background includes a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a J.D. from Pace University School of Law. Mr. Wait is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
