With these handouts, Power Point slides, and train-the-trainer notes, in house trainers, human resource professionals, and managers can train their employees in how to work better with multiple generations in the workforce.

According to Clements, "I received so many calls from organizations around the country that were looking for an easy-to-implement program on generational diversity that I decided to make my program available for sale."
