This Month's Topic

This month's topic is "Old Habits Die Hard: Changes, Transitions, and Downright 180's I've Made for Doing Business in the 21st Century." The discussion will center on updating one's business practices to keep pace with technology and the new generations dominating the world of work. What goods and services do we decide to sell? How do we market them? How do we keep our name in front of the public? How to we face our competition? How to we keep re-inventing ourselves? What sacred cows do we force ourselves to give up?

Membership

The Seasoned Professionals is open to experienced business people, either self-employed or employed, who work full or part time, and who choose to continue working, even when retirement is an option. The purpose of the group is to share ideas about how to stay fresh in one's field in an ever-changing technological workplace.

Mission

The mission of the group is professional development and supportive discussion, not networking and business procurement.
