Community Care Physicians Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Delaware Avenue Health Park in Delmar

DELMAR, NY (10/02/2012)(readMedia)-- Community Care Physicians will join key community officials and building representatives for the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Delaware Avenue Health Park located on the prominent corner of Delaware Avenue and Elsmere Avenue in Delmar. The ribbon cutting will be held at 4:30pm in front of the Delaware Avenue Health Park and will include members of Burke Companies, Carrow Real Estate LLC, BBL Construction Services, Community Care Physicians PC and the Town of Bethlehem for a press photo opportunity.

WHAT:

 The new 48,000 square foot multi-specialty medical building is the culmination of more than two years’ worth of planning and construction. Community Care Physicians occupies nearly 23,000 square feet on the first floor of the Delaware Avenue Health Park, nearly doubling the square footage CCP held at its former location. CCP has consolidated several of its primary care and specialty offices from Delmar and Albany. The on-site services now include Internal Medicine: Marino Baselice MD, Michael Bertram MD, Roy Fruiterman MD, Michael Greenblatt MD, Gloria Guptill MD, Craig Maier MD, Stephanie Noyes PA, Dawne Parker NP, Nagaraja Patil MD, Joong Eun Shin MD; Family Medicine: Kimberly Kilby MD, Mary Johnston MD, KrisEmily McCrory MD, Rebecca Stetzer MD; After hours Urgent Care; ImageCare Medical Imaging; Lab Draw; Audiology; Physical Therapy; Podiatry. There is also a workout room on-site that is open to the public.

Following the ribbon cutting, Community Care Physicians will host an Open House that is open to the public from 5pm to 7pm to allow members of the community to meet with physicians and staff, tour the new facility, enroll for the new workout room on site, meet the personal trainers, and to take advantage of free body composition analysis and blood pressure screenings.
