Conley Associates to Become CresaPartners

ALBANY, NY (05/20/2011)(readMedia)-- Conley Associates, the Capital Region's sole tenants-only commercial real estate services firm, has affiliated with CresaPartners LLC, North America's largest tenant representation company.

Founder and Managing Director Tim Conley said the firm continues to be locally owned, but now will be known as CresaPartners and offer its Capital Region clients access to national and international resources. The organization of the firm will remain the same.
