Couch White, LLP Names David Flanagan Director of Business Development & Communications

ALBANY, NY (10/13/2009)(readMedia)-- The law firm of Couch White, LLP is pleased to announce that David Flanagan has joined the firm as director of business development and communications. In his new role, Mr. Flanagan will coordinate a wide range of business development, marketing and communications initiatives for the nationally-recognized, full-service business law firm based in Albany, NY.

Prior to joining Couch White, Mr. Flanagan managed business development initiatives in Upstate New York for Juice Energy, Inc. and served as a senior consultant for Strategic Communications, LLC where he developed media and public relations strategies for a wide range of clients. Mr. Flanagan also has extensive experience in state government, most notably with the New York State Public Service Commission, where he served as director of public affairs for 10 years.

Mr. Flanagan is a member of The Mendelssohn Club of Albany, and is serving his second term on the club's board of directors as chair of the publicity committee.
