The Palace Theatre is also offering 'buy-one, get-one' movie tickets to "North by Northwest," part of their SEFCU Classic Movie series playing on October 4th at 7pm. Tickets are available at The Palace Box Office by asking for the Restaurant Week Offer.
"Downtown Albany's Restaurant Week is likely our most popular event," said Georgette Steffens, the BID's Executive director. "Downtown Albany is often touted as the destination for finding the best restaurants in the area. This event is a great opportunity to showcase some of those restaurants while allowing them to thank regular patrons with a great deal and enticing new customers to discover a new favorite at a great introductory price."
Since its inception in 2004, Downtown Albany's Restaurant Weeks have had a combined economic impact of more than $3 million.
During Restaurant Week, reservations are strongly suggested and can be made by calling individual restaurants outside the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Full details, including sample fixed-price menus; hours of operation, restaurant contact information and other details are available at www.downtownalbany.org.
